“Cleaning with children in the house is like brushing your teeth while eating Oreos” – Someecards

Do you ever feel like cleaning is an uphill battle? As soon as one thing is clean, another mess appears and it is never ending!

When I was a stay at home mom, I sometimes found myself cleaning the majority of the day. I felt like I couldn’t get a handle on keeping the house in shape and it frustrated me! Eventually, I realized that I needed a system because it was taking time away from my little one.

I sat down one day and came up with a cleaning schedule! I would give myself one hour a day to get everything done and have laundry going, etc. I can’t even tell you the difference this made for me!

Now that I am working part time and we have a lot more obligations, there are many days where I don’t have a lot of time to spend on cleaning and straightening the house.

To fit with our busy life, I created a new cleaning schedule that I think is perfect for any busy mom!

A Cleaning Schedule For The Busy Mom

Feel free to tweak this schedule to fit with your family and your life! I am also working on a PDF version of this schedule for you to print out. If you are interested in receiving one, comment below or e-mail me at karen@karensincerely.com!

I hope this outline of my cleaning schedule helps every busy mom out there to be less stressed and less frustrated when it comes to all the duties around the house! XOXO
