As parents, I feel like we are always running around! Whether it is to an appointment, taking care of errands, school or activities, there is so much to be done in 24 hours.
I don’t know about you but when I get home from work and we are done homework, some nights I want to cook up a feast while other nights I just want something easy to put on the table. This is where the crock-pot comes in! My husband’s grandmom bought us our crock-pot a few years ago when we moved into our first house and it has been my best friend ever since!
There are so many delicious meals you can make in the crock-pot and the best part is it’s cooking while you are at work. So when it is time to eat, all you have to do is put the food on the plates and VOILA!
I have tried a ton of different crock-pot recipes and there are some that I absolutely love and make over and over again. These super easy crock-pot pork chops are so good, you will want to go back for seconds!
This recipe has been a permanent fixture in our rotation and even my daughter loves them. Score! Want to know what I love most about this recipe?? It only takes three ingredients! Yes, you read that right! Three! I like to pair this with white or yellow rice and a vegetable. If we have enough of the sauce, we pour that right on the rice which is so yummy!
- 1 lb. boneless pork chops (I usually use five or six)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 package Ranch Dressing mix
- 1 can of water (I usually use only half a can because we prefer this a little more thick)
